I have developed my 3d interactive illusionary chalk art over time and i use my vast experience as a professional signwriter ( 33 years ) in my artwork for perspective and to give height, depth and length with blending and shadow to give the 3d illusion.
Three dimensional chalk art is a way of creating an illusion from a flat surface ( floor or wall ) which would otherwise look two dimensional and this is known as anamorphism and when viewed and photographed from the correct angle reveals the illusion. It's something i love to do because it's on a different surface than conventional art and it can also be an interactive illusion with people and objects.
